Hey everyone! My name is Kristen Carroll and I am currently a Junior at Bryant studying Management and Legals. I grew up thirty minutes away from Bryant in Mansfield Massachusetts, so I'm always pretty close to home. Outside of being on the ASB 2013 Team I'm currently an intern for the Smithfield Police Department and I am also a server at Fridays. I decided to join the Alternative Spring Break team for many reasons. In high school I was involved in a volunteer organization, however during college I did not make enough time. Being a Junior I knew that it would be one of the last opportunities I have to explore and to get a good chance to give back to the community. I'm very excited to embark on our journey. I have never been to Washington DC or done anything like this so I know that it will definitely be a learning experience. Also I'm just mainly excited to see the country and meet the amazing people on the ASB team and those who we will be meeting in DC.
